A complete refurbishment of the four floors of offices was undertaken to provide self contained suites on
each floor.

​

The refurbishment included new flooring, lighting and air conditioning together with CAT 5 fibre, new kitchenettes, toilet and shower facilities and a sound proofed telephone booth.

​

The communal parts and lift were also completely remodelled.
