Vectis Property Group owns a mixture of residential and commercial assets totalling approximately 15 freehold properties. The company invests in retail and residential opportunities and looks to refurbish residential properties for letting purposes. The commercial onus is on secure income to good covenants in affluent locations whilst the residential emphasis is on mixed size flats in popular letting positions.

A second joint venture acquisition was completed in September 2017.

 to Clapham and Wandsworth Commons.
The retail unit is let to Gail’s Bakery and the lease was extended post acquisition to December 2033.

 

Planning was received to extend to the rear to create two new 2 bedroom flats and the project was completed in February 2020. The flats are now let on ASTs.
