Upon being vacated in the summer of 2013 the maisonette was completely refurbished and partially extended at a cost of just under £200,000. The project involved the installation of new plumbing and electrical conduits, new kitchen
and bathrooms and partial extension
at first floor.

 

Upon completion the flat has been re-let at a rental amount 35% higher than pre-refurbishment.
