Vectis has made its first investment outside London for several years as part of a departure in buying some higher yielding opportunities in prosperous market towns and cities.
 

An historic building let to Zizzi Restaurants was acquired during
October 2024 in the centre of the university and cathedral city of Exeter. The property is let on a new 20-year lease having been occupied by the current operator formore than 20 years and affords a secure long-term investment.

The premises offer just over 3,700 sq.ft over ground and first floors with an outside terrace.
