Strategy

Vectis Property Group intends to maintain a conservative and focused approach to its property assets with limited gearing from its funders. The intention is to continue to acquire commercial and residential assets in its core markets which are in South West, West and Central London.

The majority of properties will be held for long term investment purposes, with or without asset management enhancement opportunities, and the company is prepared
to consider speculative residential refurbishment opportunities.

All properties are managed in-house and the company aims to grow its asset base generically over time from existing resources.
